2. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after payment has been received and cleared.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Times

- Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and Remote Areas: 2–7 working days

- Deliveries are generally made to the nearest accessible ground-floor location.
- Additional charges may apply for failed deliveries due to access restrictions.
6. Delivery Inspection
Customers should inspect goods upon delivery.
If goods arrive damaged:
- Note the damage when signing for the delivery where possible.
- Take photographs of the packaging and products.
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report damage within this period may affect any claim.
7. Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed because:
- No one is available to receive the goods,

additional delivery or re-delivery charges may apply.
