5. Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed
• Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, or customs processing

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Unless otherwise stated on a specific product page:

• You may return most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging
• Certain items, such as perishable, personalized, or hygiene-sensitive products, may not be eligible for return
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable period after we receive and inspect the returned item
